A handling charge will be applied to orders outside mainland UK.
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 days, by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery.
We can take orders on personalised items up to the December 14th for pre-Christmas delivery. If you need your order in a hurry please let us know and we will do our best to get it sent out to you a quickly as we can. After the 14th December it may be possible to get personalised items to you for Christmas - please ask as it will be dependent on how busy we are!
